Rules to Remember
Speed Limit: The speed limit throughout the
campground is 5 MPH at all times. Strictly enforced.
Speeders lose sites!
Pets: Pets must be kept on leashes and never left
unattended. You must clean up after your pets. No pets
are to be left alone at campsite. Campers with noisy
pets will be asked to leave. Trees: No cutting of our trees or brush without
permission from office. Check-In - Check-Out:
Check-in time:
2:00 PM / Check-out time: 1:00 PM. Visitors: All visitors must register at office
and pay visitor fee. Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Strictly
Enforced Children: You are responsible for all children
registered to your site. All children must be on
campsite by 11:00 PM. Vehicles: One vehicle per site. All others must
park in our visitors' parking area, along main road next
to the playground. No washing of vehicles. Electric Heaters: NO ELECTRIC HEATERS! Anyone
found using an electric heater will be asked to leave.
NO QUESTIONS ASKED! Motorcycles: Street legal motorcycles are
allowed, but dirt bikes and ATV's are prohibited. Bicycles: Bicycles must observe the same rules as
cars. Helmets must be worn by all children. No bike
riding in the campground after dusk without lights and
reflectors. Campfires: Keep camp fires small. General Behavior: No obscene language, disorderly
conduct, loud radios or TV's. Campers must use streets
and sidewalks. Do NOT shortcut through other sites. Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic beverages MUST be
kept on your campsite and are PROHIBITED in ALL of our
buildings and recreational areas. Trash: Please dispose of trash and recyclables in
the proper containers. A dumpster is located on the
right side of the drive, at hedge row, as you exit.
General Conditions: The camper and all members of
his or her group agree that in consideration of the
rental (whether a campsite, general facility, or
equipment), Pomona RV Park shall not be responsible for
loss of or damage to property, or injury to persons,
occurring in or about grounds owned by Pomona RV Park,
by reason of any existing or future condition, defect,
matter, or thing on said lands or for acts. omissions or
negligence of other persons or campers in or about the
premises. The campers agree to indemnify and save Pomona
RV Park harmless from all claims and liability for
losses of or damages to property, or injury to persons
occurring in or about the campground. Pesticide spray
may be applied at dusk (conditions permitting). For more
information, please inquire at our office. Refunds: Refunds for
cancellations
will be issued with at least 7 days notice
in advance of scheduled date of arrival,
less a $10.00 handling fee. NO REFUNDS
within less than 7 days of scheduled date of arrival. NO
REFUNDS for early departure under any circumstances.
